Luke was the head contractor for a privately commissioned detached residential project that we designed at Lot 271 Longboard Circuit, Salt Village, (Kingscliff) NSW.

The contract value for the works was nominally $966 000, and it was completed in December 2008.

We found Luke to be:

• aware of, and confident in, his responsibilities for the process
• organised in his approach to the process
• approachable, and open to communication with all parties
• willing to assist the client with the process, and able to adapt to changes
• seeking a high level of outcome in the execution of the works
• overall, very capable of the challenging task of creating a well crafted architectural space that satisfies the high expectations of the contemporary market place.

We can also offer that the client is delighted with the outcome of the project. We would be pleased to work with Luke again or recommend them to others for similar projects works.
